With over two decades of experience as a serial entrepreneur, tech innovator, and disciplined coach and mentor, I have seized success and inspired others to follow their dreams. I have earned my stellar reputation through grit, focused determination, and relentless discipline.

 

I not only mentor and coach entrepreneurial leaders, but took on the tough challenges as the Chief Technology Officer with Lifeist, a global leader in the sale of cannabis, consumption devices and nutraceuticals.  Leveraging my experience in cannabis and technology, I now serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Spinach Pay, an alternative electronic payment platform for the cannabis industry and other consumable goods.  

 

I have developed a passion for self improvement and personal development, with a focus on becoming 1% better in all things.   When I am coaching leaders I share this passion for personal development in all things, starting with fitness training then moving on to developing a growth mindset.

 

I am a native of Chicago and grew up on the city's south-side in an Italian family, the oldest of nine children. From an early age, I learned the toughest lessons of determination, grit, and success. I was expected to be a leader and overcome obstacles, with the goal of improving my standard of living.

 

I attended the University of Illinois at Chicago’s undergrad program for computer science and set my sights on the future.

 

After college, I was laser-focused on being a successful serial entrepreneur and disciplined business leader. I found great success, which was tempered by notable failures. My success allowed me to drive forward, learning from the early mistakes, making me a more proficient leader and businessman. Those around me were immediately attracted to my tireless energy and determined grit. Today, I share my winning spirit with others seeking to achieve the highest levels of success and hone their disciplined practices.

 

I have had the privilege to live and work in Chicago; Toronto; Dublin, Ireland; Brisbane, Australia; Iași, Romania; Wrocław, Poland and now call beautiful British Columbia, Canada home.
